Order Processing Orders are processed in accordance to your delivery preference. UK mainland orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for the next day delivery option and the following day for standard delivery. Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). We're sorry Origins only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands). *All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Order History and Enquiries If you are a Registered Member of Origins, you may check the status of your most recent orders by visiting your Order History page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Origins Online orders. Click on "View Details" in the Order History page to view the Billing and Delivery information and other details of your order. Order Status Descriptions Processing Your order is currently being processed into our warehouse system. Your order should appear as 'In Warehouse' status within 3 hours of the order being confirmed as accepted. In Warehouse The order is now being managed by our Warehouse team, who will select, pick and package your order in time for dispatch. Dispatched Our courier, DHL, have collected your order from our warehouse and are in the process of delivering it to you. You may track this delivery with DHL by clicking on the 'DHL' link in the Tracking column. After your order is despatched you can track the delivery status of your order online with our courier by clicking on “Tracking”. Please note the courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is placed. Order Cancellations Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are: Item(s) not available. Difficulty in processing payment information. Cannot ship to address provided. Duplicate order was placed. Cancelled due to a customer request. If your order is cancelled, you will be contacted by a member of our Customer Service team who will explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount. If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please call our Customer Services Team on 0870 034 2888 with your order number. Please note as we generally dispatch orders within 1- 2 days, it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. Gift Wrap Service Gift orders always receive special care at Origins Online. We will be happy to wrap your gift and include a gift card with your personal message. If you wish to have your Origins Online order packaged as a gift, simply select the box for gift wrap on the Delivery information page. If you wish a card to be enclosed, please enter your gift card message. The gift wrap charge of £3.00 will be added to your order total.
