How to Shop Online

Welcome to Origins Online. Shopping is easy, convenient, and secure.

In order to shop online you will need to register with Origins. All of the Personal Information you provide will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Step One:
Once you have selected the item you want to purchase, type in the number of items (up to four [4] of any single item) in the box next to the "Add to Bag" icon. For more information, view our Maximum Purchase Policy.

For products with different shades, first click on "View All Shades" to view a page that displays all the shades for that product. Find the shade that you like and then type in the number that you wish to purchase in the quantity box.

Step Two:
Click the "Add to Bag" icon to place the product selected and the desired quantity in your shopping bag.

At any time during shopping you may review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on "My Shopping Bag" at the top of each page. If you change your mind, you may delete item(s) in your shopping bag or cancel the entire order before placing it.

Step Three:
When you've completed shopping, click the "Checkout" button found on the top of each page.

Follow the on screen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout prior to clicking on "Continue Checkout" on the Order Review page.

After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 0870 034 2888 for assistance.

If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to enquire about a previously placed order, please contact our Customer Service team at 0870 034 2888 or via email at originsonline@origins.co.uk. Please have your order number available.

Selecting Colour Online
This site is best viewed with Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600. Please note that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings.

MY SHOPPING BAG

Click on "my shopping bag" to display your shopping cart with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.

CHANGING QUANTITIES IN YOUR SHOPPING BAG
If you wish to change the quantities of products in your shopping bag. Simply change the value in the Quantity box and check update at the bottom of the page.

DELETING ITEMS FROM YOUR SHOPPING BAG
If you wish to delete an item in your shopping bag, click the "remove" button to the right of the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping cart.

Maximum Purchase Policy

Search and Browse for Products


To find your favourite Origins product or view the full array of Origins products, use the search function located at the top left of the page. Enter in the name of the product or type of product you are searching for. If you are unsure of the name, try to type in a more general name such as "moisturiser," to view all moisturiser products.

Item Availability/Out of Stock


If an item is not available, it will be shown as out of stock on its product page, within the online shop. Unfortunately you cannot add out of stock items to your Shopping Bag. However the stock that we have available online may be different to the availability within stores. Please consult our store locator for your nearest stockist.

Order History


Now you can easily and quickly reorder the Origins favourites you have purchased before - from your online account. Just go to "My Account" and click on Shop from Past Purchases to see all of your previous orders. Select the items you wish to order and proceed to checkout. It's that easy.

Offer Codes


Simply enter your Offer Code during checkout on the BILLING page. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. When an Offer Code is accepted, the offer will be reflected on the "Order Review" page.

Note: Only one (1) Offer Code may be used per order. When shipping to multiple addresses, promotions are applied accordingly. Please see promotion details for more information.
