Maximum Purchase Policy

Offer Codes

Simply enter your Offer Code during checkout on the BILLING page. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. When an Offer Code is accepted, the offer will be reflected on the "Order Review" page.

Note: Only one (1) Offer Code may be used per order. When shipping to multiple addresses, promotions are applied accordingly. Please see promotion details for more information.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in accordance to your delivery preference.

UK mainland orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for the next day delivery option and the following day for standard delivery.

Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

We're sorry Origins only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).

*All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped.

Payment Processing & Security

We work closely with our trusted partner WorldPay to protect your personal and payment details by taking steps designed to keep them secure. If you think your credit or debit card has been used fraudulently, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. For information on how we use any personal information you give, please read our Privacy Policy.

Once you've entered all the billing, delivery and order information in the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. Once you've done this and you click the 'Make Payment' button, your card will then be debited, subject to card approval.

Important information:
*For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Prices

All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered including VAT and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment Options section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment Processing & Security section of this Website.
